Contact forms and email enquiries
The contact and team-registration forms prepare an email draft on your device. Entering your details does not send them to Astritis or save them in the website database. You decide whether to open the draft in your email application and send it.
If you send an email, Astritis receives the information you include, such as your name, email address, team details and message. It can be used to respond and discuss your enquiry or participation. Your email provider also processes the message under its own terms. Please do not include payment details, identity documents or sensitive medical information in a general enquiry.
Language preference, cookies and browser storage
Your selected language is saved in your browser’s local storage so that the site can remember it. You can change the language or remove this preference by clearing this website’s stored data in your browser.
WordPress login features and security services may use functional cookies or similar technologies when needed. These are separate from the language preference. Your browser lets you control cookies and site storage; blocking them may affect some features.
Hosting, delivery and security
Visiting a website involves technical processing by its hosting, delivery and security systems. Retention and service providers
An unsent form is held in the current page session, not retained as a website submission. Emails you send and technical logs can be retained by Astritis or its providers for handling enquiries, operating and protecting services, and meeting applicable legal requirements. Contact us for information about a specific record’s retention or deletion.
Email, hosting and security providers may process information outside your country. Their privacy notices describe their services. You can contact Astritis for details of the processing arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
Your privacy rights

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

Programme descriptions and seasons are informative, not confirmed bookings. Check dates, venues, fees and participation requirements directly with the organisers. Sporting photographs are illustrative unless specifically identified as photographs of a confirmed Astritis event.
